Marisa Carpentiere graduated from St. John’s University with a B.A. and M.A., in 1992 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. Ms. Carpentiere has experience in high exposure construction defect and property damage cases on behalf of residential and commercial property owners and contractors. She has also handled high exposure cases on behalf of residential and commercial property owners and contractors for such matters as New York Labor Law, insurance coverage and breach of contract claims. Her current practice focuses in the area of construction defect and New York Labor Law matter.
