White to their firm as Managing Attorney of the new office opening in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Michael J. White obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the St. John’s University School of Law in 1993 where he was on the Dean’s List and graduated in the top 15% of his class. After graduation, he went to work as a trial attorney for the CNA Insurance Companies/Continental Casualty Company. In addition, prior to joining the firm, Mr. White worked as a Senior Trial Attorney for the last six years for the Law Offices of Margaret G. Klein & Associates. As a Senior Trial Attorney, he handled significant exposure cases involving the Labor Law, construction accidents, products liability, elevator accidents, fires, floods, and wrongful death. Michael J. White’s vast knowledge of issues involving contractual indemnification, insurance procurement, anti-subrogation and insurance coverage will undoubtedly bring with him great success to the new office. In his career, Mr. White has taken over thirty-five cases to verdict. He is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey as well as all of the Federal Courts in both of those states.
