John Overbeck is a 2015 graduate of St. John’s School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Syracuse University in 2008. Prior to joining Hannum Feretic Prendergast & Merlino, LLC, Mr. Overbeck worked as an associate at a Manhattan-based firm, where he represented numerous clients in complex products liability and wrongful death lawsuits from inception through trial. During his time in law school, Mr. Overbeck served as a senior editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and held an externship at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. Mr. Overbeck is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
