Douglas Domsky is a 2002 graduate of Hofstra Law school and was a recipient of the Excellence in Litigation/Advocacy Courses award. Mr. Domsky received his B.A. in History from Syracuse University, graduating cum laude in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Domsky defended clients for the past twelve years in complex premises liability and construction Labor Law accidents from inception through trial obtaining over thirty dismissals. In addition to litigating claims, Mr. Domsky has presented risk management seminars to property managers on how they can limit their exposure to potential personal and property damage lawsuits. Presently, Mr. Domsky handles all aspects of personal injury litigation with a focus on premises liability, Labor Law and automobile litigation. Mr. Domsky is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
