Beth Rogoff-Gribbins has extensive experience in complex defense litigation, including Labor Law, construction defect, property damage, environmental exposure, premises liability, and general negligence cases. After decades of general defense litigation and handling all aspects of a case from inception through trial, since 2018, Ms. Rogoff-Gribbins has focused on motions and appeals. Ms. Rogoff-Gribbins received her J.D. from Hofstra School of Law where she received the award of excellence for her studies in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1995 and the New York Bar in 1997.
