Meredith L. Bernstein received a B.A from State University of New York at Binghamton in 1992 and a J.D. from New York Law School in 1995. She joined the firm in January 2020 and has an extensive background in the area of general liability, focusing her practice in the areas of premises liability, automobile litigation and Labor Law. After graduating law school, she began her career as a plaintiff’s attorney before transitioning to the defense side in 2001, offering her valuable insight into the litigation of negligence claims. Ms. Bernstein is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut, and the Federal Courts of New York.
