Gail J. McNally graduated from Touro Law School in 1995 after obtaining her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University. Prior to her current position, she handled high exposure matters in the areas of complex construction litigation, general liability and automobile matters and appellate practice, as well as insurance coverage issues, for Lawrence, Worden, Rainis & Bard. She currently handles complex litigation in all of these areas. She is also an adjunct professor at Touro Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the New York Federal Courts.
