Denise M. Bush graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Latin American Studies and a minor in Spanish in 1999; her studies at Boston University included studying abroad at the Universidad de San Francisco in Quito, Ecuador.  In 2002, she graduated cum laude from University of Miami Law School with a J.D.

Denise joined the firm in May 2018.  Prior to joining the firm, she amassed extensive experience representing institutional clients, small businesses and individuals throughout all phases of litigation in tort cases arising from premises-related accidents (representing various commercial and residential property owners and managers, as well as recreational, sports and entertainment venues), transportation accidents, construction accidents, liquor liability, products liability, including all related insurance coverage and contractual issues. She also has experience with no-fault (PIP) and subrogation litigation (arising in the context of fire, flood or structural damage related to neighboring construction projects).

She is admitted to practice law in New York (2002), New Jersey (2007) and Pennsylvania (2012) and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey.

Denise is also fluent in Spanish.
